Thank You for your interest in A.K. Rose Incorporated, "Official U.S. Licensed Vendor to Shell". Our goal is to provide you with an exceptional experience. Our business policies are outlined below so you may have a clear understanding of them:

Business Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all orders. If you want to see a sample of a particular item, please let us know and we will send it to you. Depending on cost of item, we may require your credit card account to secure your sample request. Once orders are decorated they are non-returnable except if a defect in the product or decoration.

Overage/Underage

Due to the nature of manufacturing you may receive more or less of what you order. We reserve the right to limit overruns and under runs to 5 percent.

Set-Up Charges

Some items also require a set-up charge for making a screen to imprint your logo. When a set-up charge applies, we will notify you prior to placing your order.

Rush Orders

We will always do our best to accommodate your timeframe. Depending on when you need your order delivered, rush charges may apply and extra charges for shipping by air. You will be advised of any extra charges at the time of placing your order.

Order Minimums

We try hard to provide you with reasonable minimum order quantities. If you want to order smaller quantities than listed on the site, please call us and we will advise if do -able. A less than minimum charge may apply - we will advise you of that.
